Progress Report

Word has it that the UBB.threads software has been successfully installed, and we're now awaiting the setting up of some actual forums. This make take some time, and there are a few placeholders in the software which still need to be replaced by content we create, but it's probably safe to say that we'll be up and running some time tomorrow (August 4th in the States).

    That was actually a tad premature; the site is up, but the forums, including registration, are closed for a bit pending the completion of a few startup tasks.

    More information will be posted the instant it comes off the teletype!

    That's funny because I just registered and logged in. Page displays me as logged in with my user name.

    I wasn't doubting that you were able to register and log in. You found a window of opportunity which was (inadvertently?) left open, but which has since been closed.

    I'm not suggesting that you log out now, but I'm guessing that if you were to do so, you'd be unable to log back in.

    In any event, it won't be long now!
